Volunteers Needed for the Junior Achievement: The Great Tinker Toy Experiment
Spend 2 hours on June 13 helping Junior Achievement and a group of high school students!
DBS is continuing our partnership with Junior Achievement for the 3rd year by organizing volunteers for a Business Week event on June 13 from 8:00-10:00am. Business Week is a one-of-a-kind summer program that lets high school students experience the business world “Apprentice”-style, develop leadership skills and focus on their futures. This year DBS volunteers will participate in The Great Tinker Toy Experiment. The purpose of this exercise is to expose student participants to the impact of different leadership styles on the effectiveness and success of a team. There will be a networking breakfast before the event.
If you would like to volunteer please contact Patricia Stroud, 303-628-7378 or pstroud@jacolorado.org, by May 4
Please let Patricia know that you are a Denver Business Series volunteer.
